We hired NAS cleaning for an end-of-lease clean with their advertised “100% bond back guarantee.” The clean itself was poor and did not meet the agent’s standards. We notified the company immediately and followed up via text, but their communication was very slow, and they did not respond within the required timeframe. Because of this delay, we lost part of our bond. Overall, very poor service and communication. We were told they could clean in the morning and only the morning. Then tried to change it to the afternoon which we had already said wasn't possible for us. They then overcharged us from original quote, and we weren't happy with the job. The stain is still on the carpet. They won't return calls or messages
